My name is Craig Knarich. Let me first tell you I am OCD or better known as anal retentive. I started making bio fuel in the height of the bio fuel boom in 2007. The internet was loaded with bio fuel companies and lots of sales to be had. I stumbled upon Utah Biodiesel Supply while in the process of wanting to buy a system to make my fuel. I was still learning how to make it, so information was important. A sales tactic was not what I needed but I was very easy prey for a novice bio diesler. I learned of the BioPro 190 automated processor and researched the product and landed back on the Utah Biodiesel Supply site. I am writing to tell people of the great experience and relationship I got with Utah Biodiesel Supply. I could not get the time of day from other companies. They did not have the time for the newbie’s. They were interested in the sale right now instead of the relationship of tomorrow. I have one of the most technologically advanced companies in my field. I pride myself and my company on customer service. I found the same business philosophies in Graydon at Utah Biodiesel Supply. If I had not found Graydon I would have spent endless amounts of money that would have been wasted.

I think you are extremely fair in your prices, I still end up paying less for most items than I would if I ordered online from the same supplier because I don't purchase in bulk. I do tend to go there for one item and come out with 5-10 hahaha.
