Looking for a way to filter large amounts of material in a safe manner? Then you'll love our bag filter housings! They're built from heavy duty materials that can handle up to 150 psi and can accept standard size bag filters. They can be ordered in several different configurations including different heights, port styles and locations, material they're made out of (carbon steel, 304 or 316 stainless), various gaskets (BUNA, EPDM, Silicone, Teflon, Viton), and can even have different exterior finishes (Epoxy Coated, Electropolished, & Glass Bead).

Bag Filter Housing Features

Liquid flows in from one side and then down through the filter support basket and bag filter and then out the side and out the outlet of the housing. The outlet port can be mounted on the side or the bottom. Also included in the housing is a clean out drain, a pressure gauge port, a vent valve port at the top, and a heavy duty adjustable stand on the bottom for mounting the housing. The top removes easily with the heavy duty swing bolts and with the included eyelets, the filter housings can be easily lifted into position using an overhead crane.

Stainless Steel Perforated Support Baskets
Each bag filter housing includes a stainless steel perforated support basket that sits inside of the housing to hold the bag filters. They're made of 9/64" perforated 18 gauge stainless steel with an approximate open area of 40%. Standard bag filter support baskets are completely open at the top.

Stainless Mesh Lined Baskets
- You can custom order stainless baskets with stainless steel mesh lining the inside of the basket.
- Mesh size options: 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 160, 200, 250, 325, & 400 mesh sizes

- Baskets come with a standard handle but can be purchased without a handle if desired
- Part # G-BFB2-6-XXXMESH-H-FF XXX = mesh size, (H or NH = Handle or no handle)
